Provincial Justice Minister and Solicitor General Kaycee Madu will be in Brooks this month to meet with municipal officials behind closed doors to discuss the possible dismantling of the RCMP and transition to a provincial force.
“Municipal engagement sessions will be open to municipal elected representatives, municipal employees and organizations representing municipalities,” states an undated letter from Madu’s office.
