Donate today to help keep Alberta’s trusted RCMP Members where they belong: in our communities and province.
Crime is down across Alberta, thanks in part to the Alberta RCMP. But that progress could be at risk. The Government is pushing a costly new police service, the Alberta Sheriffs Police Service (ASPS), that could replace the RCMP—putting the safety of all Albertans and your tax dollars on the line.
In 2022, Elections Alberta introduced new rules surrounding campaign funding, limiting our ability to self-fund this critically important campaign to ensure Albertans know of this costly and wasteful policing proposal. Your donation helps us reach more Albertans with the facts, push back against unnecessary spending, and protect the Members of the RCMP proudly serving our communities.
Every dollar counts.

Why Your Donation Matters
- Creating a new police service could cost, at minimum, over $550 million before inflation, which would be paid for by Alberta’s taxpayers.
- RCMP policing is working. Their proven policing is keeping our streets safe and protecting families across the province. In 2024 there was a 6.9% decrease in the Crime Severity Index (CSI) across Alberta RCMP jurisdictions compared to 2023.
- Albertans overwhelmingly support (78%) keeping the RCMP—but we need your help to keep the campaign going.
